Meta Ads Manager
Ad account + access token · read-only insights- Share your ad account with STRATOS
In Meta Business Settings, open Accounts → Ad accounts, choose the ad account you run ads from and press Assign partners. Enter the Business ID below and switch on View performance. Nothing else is needed — STRATOS can see results, not change your campaigns.STRATOS has not published its Business ID here yet — ask the STRATOS team for it.

Paste the ad account ID — the act_… number at the top of Ads Manager. APOS checks with Meta straight away.
APOS only ever reads your spend from Meta. You can remove STRATOS’s access at any time from the same page in Business Settings.
STRATOS Meta setup
Tokens are stored write-only, the same as POS keys: once saved they cannot be read back through the app. APOS only ever reads from Meta — it never changes your campaigns.
Partner logins
Which sign-in belongs to which advertiserA partner with no link here can sign in but sees nothing: Row Level Security answers with their own advertiser’s rows only, and they have none.
STRATOS team
Who can sign in as STRATOS, and what they may doAn admin can do everything in APOS, including adding and removing staff. A sub-admin can do everything except manage this team. The person you invite opens the APOS sign-in page and presses “Continue with Google” with the address you entered — nobody has to send them a password.
You are a sub-admin: you can see the team but only a full admin can change it.
